Only stayed one night but the initial welcome was very staid, room more than adequate, clean tidy nice television and a sitting area. Value for money at £75 bed and breakfast. Breakfast was a completely different affair as the staff were very attentive and more than enough selection for the hungriest of eaters, if only the rest of the hotel...

This is more of a hostel than a hotel. The room I was in was small and depressing, and not very clean. Although fresh towels were supplied daily I didn,t eat there so can't comment on the food. If you are looking for somewhere to just lay your head for 1 night, then you could probably struggle on through. Any...

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights in 2010 to visit friends in London. Hotel was extremely cheap but not that cheerful. My 2 teenage sons could not stop laughing when there beds would fly across the rooms when they turned over in bed! (Was funny though) Never ate the food there and did not stay long whilst...

We booked this through late rooms, 2 nights. It looked okay on the pictures and the price at £69 was middle of the road, or so we thought. Realised at reception it was a place used by the council for homeless people. We checked in, paid, then saw the room. THe hallway stank, urine, faces, vomit type smells, walls filthy...

Upon arrival there were dead flowers outside........ hotel smelt smokey and musty........ hallyway and stairs were in...

Our company booked us into this hotel for 2 nights for £69 per night for a room. OMG the toilet is so disgusting and dirty with stains on walls. The shower has no power and the temperature is impossible to control. So either the water is too hot or too cold. Seriously for that price we could have gone to...

Dont choose this hotel by just reading the information and photos they are not accurate and are very misleading! The building needs decorating inside and out. The rooms are small, dirty and very hot, the smoke alarm was covered by a sock! No hairdryer asked at reception and was told they dont have hairdryers!, dirty bathroom with shower not working,Only...

This hotel also calls itself the Norfolk House hotel just to confuse everyone trying to find reviews. It's fine. Like many of these south London hotels it feels a shadow of its former self, the corridors and reception area seem tired and in need of a refit, the rooms and bathrooms are a little like this too. BUT the room...
