I stayed here last week, I had a query regarding my booking. I was speaking to a young lady called Magda I believe she was the manager at the time. She was very professional, polite and well dressed. She also dealt with my situation straight away. It left me completely happy I

I shouldn't think there will be a problem storing your bike, but I would check in advance with the hotel to find somewhere secure to store it. Hope this helps.

To go by train, you'd need to change at London, which would mean a taxi or tube ride to get to Liverpool Street. Or, you could get the train from East Croydon to Victoria, then a National Express coach to Stansted airport. They run quite frequently. Perhaps someone else who reads this may be able to give you more advice.
