Had a wonderful 3 nights stay in the hotel- since we landed at gatwick airport- hotel was 15 minutes train journey. We ended up in hotel well before check in, but hugely thankful to from desk staff for making all the effort to let us check in early! Rooms were clean- or should I say it’s budget hotel with 5 star facilities, as it ticks all the boxes.! Thanks everyone for making our trip so amazing since it was first time for me and my partner in London! Looking forward to see you all again soon!

It's a budget hotel and my expectations were quite low. Everything was as advertised and I didn't have any issues with anything. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The reception staff were amazing.

Had a fantastic stay, tho it was short one but staff over there make sure it would be top notch! Front office staff really up to mark everything being asked! Especially Roberta had answers to all the questions, since it was a business trip but she didn’t left any stone unturned in order to explain all about the city and to explore the maximum in shortest available time! Surely would be returning soon!

Where to start?... This hotel is frankly dreadful. Seems to have been neglected when coming to cleaning, dirty curtains, flooring and walls. Bathroom smells damp and musty, floor is filthy, shower Yo-Yos between hot and cold. No storage available for clothes or bags either. USB and plug sockets on headboard are impractical as nowhere to rest your device. Heating controls are also on the headboard again, impractical. Now, the staff on the desk were absolutely wonderful, however only one towel allowed per room? Not ideal when two guests are staying. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Frankly not worth £120 for two nights.

Wasn’t the best hotel ever… when we arrived, only one towel on the bed, even though we booked for two people. Upon arrival, check in was easy, however when we got to the room, it was dirty. It appeared it had not been deep cleaned. The TV volume only goes up to 20 which was annoying as I couldn’t hear anything. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was not your typical shower. There were no storage and bed side tables - no where to put anything which was rather annoying! Location is ok. This is ok for a 1 night stay only.

I checked in mid evening. The gent was helpful. The hotel is secure. Aircon was effective but the room was extremely basic with very sticky fake wood flooring. While the double bed was fine, it lacked a top sheet. The room did not even have a table and chair, let alone a suitcase shelf or wardrobe. There was one hangar. The bathroom had a bottle of body wash. Water was hot for the shower. There was a bathroom shelf. Train noise was minimal. No tea or coffee. No shampoo. All in all a most basic offering in a partly refurbished old building. Cracked window near the lift was typical of lack of attention to detail. Premier Inn basic roons are 500pc better but not much more expensive. However easyhotels is close to busy East Croydon railway station and London Trams to Wimbledon. …
