Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed at Juniper House last night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house is lovely, John and Jane are wonderful hosts and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a nice walk around their beautiful garden and loved the flexibility of arrival and a good cup of tea. When can we come back?!

Finding Juniper House, whilst looking for somewhere to stay near Hampton, was a complete stroke of luck. From the moment I first spoke to Jane and John, to when I sadly had to check out and return home, I was treated with a level of kindness and thoughtfulness that is above and beyond the norm. Arriving at Hampton Court by train, with two large suitcases on a damp late afternoon, it was a joy to be met by Jane in her car. Once at the house, you have the feeling of being in a warm and welcoming home, and I within minutes I was sitting down with a pot of tea and cream scone! My room provided a beautiful place to relax and rest. I was the sole occupant of the top floor, with a large double room and separate bathroom, with tea/coffee making facilities (including a decent sized fridge and jars of cookies and chocolates!) outside on the landing. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was a highlight, with home-made granola, or pancakes, with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Home-made bread and preserves, along with plenty of tea and coffee. Unfortunately I didn't have time to have a swim in the pool or enjoy the garden, but hope to on my next visit! The area is quiet, with the house set on a wide avenue and away from the busier streets in the heart of Molesey. However, it's only a ten minute walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. The restaurants in particular are more than enough to satisfy most tastes and the Lebanese "Mezzet" was a favourite of mine. This B&B is really wonderful, with genuinely warm, interesting and hospitable hosts. It wouldn't be suited to anyone unable to manage stairs, as all the accommodation is situated on the first or second floors, however that's the only criticism that I could possibly find. I certainly hope to spend time here again on my next visit to London!

This is by far the best B&Bin England. The rooms are great, the garden is wonderful & the breakfasts are to die for. The hosts are so nice & helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the Azalea room which is big & overlooks the front of the house. Its on a very quiet road with ample parking. Would love to return one day.

We have just got back from a four night stay at Juniper House to attend Hampton Court Flowershow and Hampton Court Palace. Exceptional hosts, John and Jane go above and beyond, attentive, informative without being intrusive. Lovely accommodation, Jane’s breakfasts are beautiful and delicious. So much attention to detail; homemade bread, muffins and preserves and more. Definately recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

Having just returned from a 2 night stay at Juniper House I cannot praise the whole experience highly enough. We were made so welcome by John and Jane into their beautiful home. We were served delicious breakfasts and enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden. I cannot fault any part of my stay whilst visiting the RHS at Hampton Court. John and Jane genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and meeting them. I cannot imagine staying anywhere as good as this again and I would love to return.

We don't normally leave reviews but really need to on our stay at juniper house!! Jane and John welcomed us to their home with tea and homemade cake on arrival whilst sat in their beautiful gaardens Our room was spacious and well equipped, very clean with luxurious toiletries. There was biscuits and chocolates in the room and on our first night we were treated to a glass of wine and cheese straws!! Exceptional service at breakfast with homemade granola and pancakes alongside homemade muffins I made use of the owners swimming pool which is a bonus. We were even offered and taken to our visit to Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. Best B&B we have stayed at to date. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. well deserves 5 stars we will return !!!
