Nice hotel and ideal location for Richmond Park..friendly and helpful staff with ample parking and clean rooms. Would use again. Only comment for improvement was the breakfast choice and full English served with over cooked bacon. However this wouldn’t stop me going again or put anyone off.

Not the best place and pictures are deceptive ,not understanding , Upon reading the reviews , decided to book this place for a spa weekend and it’s old charm ,as a treat for my two daughters , cramped room ,old tired facilities , a freezing cold room and building stayed in the cottages , after several requests to turn heating on nothing ! We Froze all night ,swimming pool old and tired , dark dinghy changing rooms , no spa , phone not working at all ! Staff very pleasant but are disguising a lot of issues and it’s not a place any of us would return to again …my advice go elsewhere unless it’s convenient to visit somewhere , but a destination place it is definatley not !

We had a party on Saturday 18th November for 100 people ,it was a fabulous venue.Jenna and Grazia were amazing at organizing the event .The bar staff and all waiters,waitresses were great.The food was lovely and DJ Chris made the whole night so entertaining thank you so much for a memorable night

Visited this lovely hotel the staff was awesome couldn't do enough to help, the food was amazing it was my birthday and the staff sung happy birthday with a cake and candle made my day. Definitely would like to go again. The grounds was having maintenance done to it could see that they was working hard can imagine how beautiful it will be once finished, the hotel itself was absolutely spotlessly clean. ❤️😊

The welcome and service are second to none and made a special effort for my wife’s birthday made our stay would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The hotel was being upgraded but there is no impact in the stay was very comfortable and warm.

Really comfortable stay. Lovely and clean room and bathroom with everything that you need. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was so good with lots of choice. Lovely location, 5 minutes away from Richmond Park for a beautiful walk before breakfast (saw deer there). Would definitely like to return.
