We booked the family room here. Upon arriving we was greeted by a friendly man who took payment and showed us to our room. The room looked very basic and shabby but that was fine it was just a place to sleep for the night. Untill I walked in further and noticed how dirty the room was. There was dirt grime dust rubbish a left over sock. There were handprints all up the wall up to the ceiling. The draws looked like something that had just been dragged out of the dump with what looked like blood on. I wiped it and the dirt was easily removed which shows that no one had even attempted to clean the room before our arrival. The cups still had coffee / tea marks on. There was a very strong smell of curry as there is a Indian takeaway in the hotel which was not nice. I had my 2 year old with me who now keeps telling people about the smelly dirty hotel and that she didn't like it. Would not recommend I'm really not fussy and can deal with some dust / dirt but this was absolutely disgusting.

We booked this place without checking reviews first. Yes, it was cheap but the photos made it look kind of cosy and nothing like what greeted us there. We walked in and were shocked. The bedside shelves had clearly not been dusted for some time and by the side of the bed was a left over shaver, a chocolate wrapper and a massive amount of dusty fluff. There were two chairs in the room that needed putting on a bonfire. There was no way we were going to sleep there, neither of us fancied putting our bare feet onto the carpet. Not convinced the sheets were clean either. We left and drove back home (three hours plus away).

This place is like a hostel or shelter . It is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it for animals let alone humans . It is that filthy we have had to leave and not stay . My son was frightened. You walk in it is a run down empty pub with no reception. It is dark dingy and hadn't been cleaned in what looks like months. There is bed bugs and dirt all over the floors and on beds and under beds . The walls have holes and it is a nightmare . We left feeling dirty and very uncomfortable and unhappy. The staff are nowhere to be seen on arrival. U ring a ring doorbell for someone to come and check u in. There is no reception and the pictures are a lie it is in a run down council estate you do not feel safe at all in this place . There is people just laying around and sleeping on a sofa in the hallway . The doors are wide open and anyone can just wounder in and out of the streets. We booked through booking.com we arrived at 630pm this evening and after finally getting through to booking.com to complain we left at 820pm this evening. We booked for 2 nights worst 2 hours of our lives. Will not ever go back and anyone DO NOT STAY THERE

I don’t know where to begin. The image shows a warm and friendly looking pub. The reality is a derelict building, no pub facilities, that is in the middle of a council estate. The place absolutely stank and was filthy rotten. The rooms was revolting with black mould and sticky carpet. I can’t begin to describe the bathroom. We checked the mattress for bed bugs only to find that the mattress was actually just a large price of yellow sponge!! The address says Hampton Wick but it’s not, it’s in Kingston. The whole area is under a compulsory purchase order and I believe the owners just can’t be bothered to keep the place up together. AVOID!!!

Pictures are 14 years old. On arrival a Ring doorbell is answered you're unfortunately granted entry. Smelled horrendous, taken to your room through the old bar, dusty, dirty, dark, hole in the bed, would avoid at all costs. If you think 50 quid is a fair price you're very wrong. Sleep in the car.

Absolutely awful hotel.
When checking in staff communicated with me via the intercom and informed me my keys were on top of the keys safe outside of the building.
The hallway was filthy, the place is in dire need of repair. Carpets were disgusting and needed cleaning, dust everywhere.
My room again was dirty, bathroom dirty. The whole place was disgusting.
The bed was awful and I hardly slept as it was so uncomfortable. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
Thinking about it makes my skin itch.
Dirty, dirty, dirty.

The whole experience was awful. I arrived around 7 in the evening, everything was locked up and the swipe card key to enter the hotel was on top of a box on the outside for anyone to take. I only discovered this after 10 minutes of trying various phone numbers stuck to the door.

The decor needed a paint job, there was big holes in the wall as you go up the stairs. The rooms were dirty and smelt of damp. The biggest surprise was around 3am when I woke (after finally drifting off) to use the toilet, a lovely cockroach scampering around the shower basin. Never again for me, I would rather sleep on a park bench than use that place.

I paid £45 for the night so I wasn’t expecting anything special and was only staying one night. However the room smelled and was dirty with dust and stains on the wall. The bathroom also had stains in the shower and had black mold on the tiles. The furniture was damaged/dirty and there was a tin of fish in the chest of drawers. The head of the bed was against the radiator which I could cope with but the radiator was filthy. In summary “skanky” would be a good way to describe it. It’s a shame as the rest of the building wasn’t too bad, only in need of some renovation.
On the plus side I was able to make myself a coffee in the morning before fleeing as quickly as possible. I will never stay again.

This was the worst 'hotel' ever.
Wouldn't put my dog there.
It was advertised as budget so we were expecting basic, but we didn't expect filth and squaler.
There was dirt and dust everywhere, plaster had fell of around a working plug socket which was dangerous.
There was thick dust and debris under the bed and drawers it had not been cleaned for months.
We arrived very late and left very early.
Ruined our trip to Hampton Court flower festival.
Environmental Agency and Health and Safety should check it out immediately.
Took lots of photos but they wont upload to this site
