We booked in for a 3 day rest & relaxation. Room was dark and there was a terrible smell coming from the shower cubicle. We booked the Swift suite as my husband needed a walk-in shower. However he did not use the shower, it was smelly and also the holder where one could leave their shampoo etc was missing. We...

My friend won a spa day on a raffle. The Spa phoned and her the next day and we made a booking. The day didn't include treatments, so we phoned to book some and they could find no record of us. After a lot of stressful phone calls we booked out treatments and were offered complimentary slippers, robes and towels...

Lovely hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was to a high standard. Was a little disappointed with treatments. Thought they were expensive for the standard. Spa rooms were quite sparse. Nowhere to hang your clothes. Food in the restaurant was quite enjoyable although not of a great standard. Breakfast had to be sent back as not cooked how...

I booked afternoon tea for myself and my partner as a pre-Valentine treat. On booking, I was asked where I would like to be seated and I chose the Library, which looked very nice online and appeared to have just the right ambience. Unfortunately, on arrival we discovered there was a hen party also seated in the Library who proceeded...

I had a lovely stay here. Staff and facilities were amazing. Perfect for a weekend get away and pamper. Right from entering the front door you feel welcomed. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but I will be planning to go back to do that.

We returned to Nutfield for our wedding anniversary & unfortunately the hotel was too busy for us to upgrade to a suite. nevertheless, our room exuded grandeur with high ceilings & enormous windows & luxurious drapes. Sadly the bathroom was really tiny & in it it was really obvious when anyone was climbing the stairs above it to a tower...

I decided to stay at the Nutfield Priory whilst on Business in Redhill - the Hotel appeared to be very nicely decorated and furnished, in keeping with the buildings age. It was slightly expensive for just a one night stay, but nevertheless, thought I should try it out. I will say it's possibly one of the nicest Hotels I have...

We stayed for two nights and had dinner, afternoon tea, breakfast and enjoyed the spa. Staff are professional and helpful. Rooms was well equipped and bed was cosy and comfortable. Dinner was yummy and a lovely glass of wine. Breakfast was generous and tasted great. Nothing too much trouble. We had two treatments each and lunch at the spa but...
