It’s a lovely room. Immaculate in all ways. You have everything needed during your stay in your room. Fantastic breakfast. Well worth the money and presented lovely. I got an extra egg instead of mushrooms. The owner can not do enough for you. Very attentive. This is my second visit. And it suits my needs. It’s very close to shops, bars and restaurants. And in other direction the park and a lovely are there. It’s my idea of a perfect holiday. Can’t wait to go back

Lovely guest house. Spotlessly clean throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Affordable rates and a fabulous breakfast makes us want to return, the owner was really friendly too. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Me and my sister stayed in quite a few hotels this one is certainly one of the best! Its in a great location to get to bus station,metro station, beach shopping centre and ferry all within 10 min walk which was even better! Got simple links to get to different places as we like to explore different seaside towns and shopping outlets. The guy in charge will go above and beyond to accommodate you also very knowledgable of where to go and what to do during your stay, the whole place was spotless lovely decor, definitely home from home environment, comfy bed, nice breakfast in morning, I was in the front room and had a good night sleep plus the view of them trees with light in late evening is lovely. Liked it that much booked to come back in September Thank you x

Tastefully decorated. Lovely comfortable bed.lots of little extras (chocolates and biscuits) well kitted bathroom. Lovely size towels.very attentive host. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend.

Been to a lot of guest houses. This is the most welcoming, helpful and genial hosts ever. The room was absolutely spotless and every need catered to. It is a very well thought through room for a stay of any length. My husband had the English breakfast and loved, he is very fussy so it must be good. We’ll definitely be back.

Booked a single room for 3 nights as I was working in the area,I wasn't expecting too much due to the price I paid,but I must say this was one of the best guest Houses I've stayed in, the place was absolutely spotless! Everything you needed was in the room,the beds and pillows were so comfy, there was ample free parking outside the property, the owner was really polite and friendly . I had a breakfast on the final morning and wished I'd had one every day, it was amazing value for £8 ! Overall this place is amazing value for money and I will certainly be staying again.

A didn’t get our host’s name but he was great. Lots of thoughtful stuff in the room - all the little details thought of. Offered advice where to eat, what to do. Offered a fresh coffee when I came in from a morning run to take to my room. Room was comfy, clean and quiet. Easy parking nearby. Book direct, get a discount.

Stayed for two nights at this delightful bed and breakfast with a very welcoming host. The rooms were very clean and warm. The breakfast served was of excellent quality considering the low price. We will recommend this for anyone with a low budget.

Stayed at Beechwood four nights late September 22. Guest house very clean and well run.Rooms very comfortable , beautifully decorated and of a high standard with everything you need for nights away from home. Owner is great and nothing is too much bother, lovely man . Breakfast is available if you want it and is certainly value for money and would set you up for the day. We stayed late September and had no issues parking outside the guesthouse. Would recommend staying at Beechwood. Thank you .
