Our room was great for an overnight stay - it had everything you'd need; a desk, an armchair, a fridge, wifi and a lovely sized bathroom with power shower. The bed(s) was(were) comfy enough, but it was a little cramped for us for any longer than possibly two nights. The breakfast was amazing. Sue and George were delightful and accommodating... More

Great value bed and breakfast. The room was really smart and well appointed, the hosts greeted us with a warm welcome and couldn't do enough to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and a hearty cooked breakfast was provided along with as much tea, coffee, cereal, juice and toast as we wanted. I couldn't... More

We chose this guest House because it actually said on their website Quote"We are not the cheapest " Normally when we stay in 4* B&B we immediately feel welcome, we actually felt as though we were intruding. Although the breakfast was tasty (apart from the overcooked fried egg on the second day) we were allowed one slice of toast each,we... More

Stayed the weekend. Great big bed and room was spacious. George was a gem. Rooms are tidy and clean. Breakfast is cooked fresh. Lovely place and a smashing guest house. Would love to go back and spend more time there.

Lovely place, warm welcome from our hosts George & Susan. Breakfast is lovely and yes George will tell you where he gets the lovely ingredients from. Staying for 4 nights and would come back, wish they weren't retiring but they deserve a long and happy one! Ignore the one "terrible" review as it looks like he never actually stayed here....

Wonderful stay at the Ocean Breeze last week. The owners, George and Susan do a great job and are perfect hosts. We stayed in a family room which was huge and came with large sofa, big TV, dressing table, king size double and 2 singles. En-suite was a good size too. Breakfasts were ordered the evening before and were cooked... More

I don't think I can add much to the superlatives in the previous reviews, with which I agree wholeheartedly. Suffice to say that George and Susan deserve a long and carefree retirement after building up the reputation of Ocean Breeze to this extent. Thanks guys it was a joy, all round.

Such lovely people both Susan and George. Fabulous hosts and upgraded us to a family room to make our stay even more comfortable. The only sadness is they are hoping to sell. Whoever buys this gem would be taking on a terrific reputation. Thank you for making our visit so relaxing
