Beautiful 450 year farmhouse set in its own 360 acre valley in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. Peace and tranquility located half a mile off the road down a tree lined drive. All rooms have been recently redecorated and enjoy stunning views over gardens, woods and fields. All rooms have king sized beds and are en-suite. Superb venue for magical lakeside weddings and reception in a fabulous barn which can seat up to 150 and loads of outdoor space for fun and photos.

From the moment we booked Wootton Park the experience was so professional. I felt the team dealing with our wedding knew exactly what they were doing but with a real personal touch. We got married at Wootton Park last month and the venue is absolutely incredible. First of it's beautiful, surrounded by country side, with fields of cows and horses right next to the venue and beautiful gardens. The staff were amazing, always helpful, never pushy and genuinely wanted to make our day as perfect as possible. Food was delicious. My biggest compliment though was the general atmosphere, which is so lovely and relaxed that it makes for a day where you can just enjoy yourself and not have to worry because its all so professionally handled. The dressing rooms are great too. Thanks for the best day of my life!

Wootton Park were absolutely amazing on our wedding day last month. Xavier and Oliver were on hand all day, setting up both the outside and inside ceremony areas so that we could wait as long as possible for the weather to decide what it was doing, dragging us out of the lake after our boat trip, providing ice and antihistamine when my bridesmaid got attacked by a wasp, and generally being wonderful! They kept all of our things safe and gathered it all together for us to collect the next day making the whole process really seamless and stress-free for us. The caterers on site were amazing as well, all of the food was delicious from canapés to evening hot dogs! We had guests in the house and in the pods as well and everyone loved the accommodation too! We couldn't have been happier with how the day went, we were both so calm from start to finish thanks to the work of the team and can't thank them all enough for their help over the last two years! …

We had our wedding here and from the video we loved it. On the day, we were astounded with how brilliant Emma, Oliver and Xavier and their team were at making sure we were fed, hydrated and everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much work for them and they were brilliant. The food was incredible. We had canapés, indian bbq and the fish and chip van in the evening and all of which were amazing. So many people commented on how great the food was and the atmosphere. The breakfast the next day was great and perfect for a morning after. It’s a shame the rooms look quite tired with ripped curtains but the small details that were put in our honeymoon suite made it a wonderful stay still. The team from the wedding venue to the accommodation team were amazing from booking up right up until after the wedding. Their attention to detail is spot on and nothing is too much. They demonstrated amazing team work and every one of our guests complimented on all staff members. We also loved that the staff joined in with the enjoyment of music and activities. Everyone is an asset to this wedding venue and my husband and I can't compliment them enough. Thank you to the whole team!

This should have been a 5* review but unfortunately it let itself down. Despite clarifying arrival time beforehand, three phone calls on arrival at the park and two rings of the reception doorbell, no-one came to greet us. We couldn't even phone again when we got to reception as there was no mobile phone reception! Luckily a friendly caretaker was tracked down by me wandering around the site who eventually found a staff member that could help. This was not the way to start our short break, especially as you couldn't check in till after 4pm (which is later than any self catering holiday accommodation i have used before and i have used many). The pod was clean upon arrival but the drawers and cupboards were full of crumbs and down the sides of the beds were very dirty. The tea and coffee was a nice touch but not much use without any milk being provided! Two dressing gowns and one pair of slippers were in the pod but there were three in our party. Only one pillow on each of the bunks which was insufficient. Luckily we spread them around from the double bed. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of room. The hot tub controls were locked so we couldn't turn it on so we had to search on the internet for instructions. The pod itself was well designed and set in it's own garden area with a view of the paddock which was lovely, but; -sofa reclined 'by itself' a couple of times which could have been dangerous if we had hold of a hot drink -the weather was bit showery for us so there were times we had to stay indoors, with only sofa seating for two this meant that someone had to perch on a barstool, maybe a few floor cushions would have been useful or maybe even make some of the outside covered. - we had taken cards and games to play as wanted to have a break from digital devices but there was no table for us to use, a small foldup table was all that was needed but alas! - a ledge around the deck or again a small table would have been useful by the hot tub to put our drinks on - we had to find a plant pot to hold back the door, a proper doorstop should be provided - the table top had been painted in a blue paint and didn't match the chairs, this just felt unloved and laced a bit of attention to detail. All in all this could have been an amazing holiday but it missed the mark in most of it's details, especially as it was on the pricey side compared to other pod accommodation i had looked at. I am in fact disappointed that i have had to leave this review as i said earlier a few small tweaks and attention to detail could have made such a massive difference and the 'magical' experience that the website promises. We actually booked this particular pod as we wanted to use 'Spot on Wake' which is a different company at the same location, this i can say was amazing, the staff here were friendly, helpful and very welcoming Peter and his mum were great. …

Many thanks for your review we always value feedback and suggestions from our guests to help improve where we can. Huge apologies there was no one available to check you in when you arrived and you could not get signal to call us, unfortunately being a rural location has its disadvantages with phone signal! We only lock the temperature of the hottub for safety reasons and the other features such as jets etc should have worked so our maintenance team will investigate if this is not the case. As the pod is mainly for a family with small children the seating is not normally an issue but I understand if your children were older this may have been a difference case in rainy weather! So glad you had an amazing time at Spot on Wake and we will look into your suggestions for further improvements around the pod.

Attended a family wedding in June. An absolutely stunning venue in a beautiful setting. Fabulous food and tremendous staff resulting in a memorable day for all. Would highly recommend to anyone considering holding a special event.

We stayed in the Aquarius pod for the May bank holiday weekend. What a perfect relaxing break. We took a few bits for breakfast and just had a chilled 3 days - grabbed a takeaway and took it back on the Friday (not walkable to nearest village) had a nice lunch in Stratford on the Saturday and just had snacks Saturday night and an amazing Thai meal at the Bulls Head, about a 5-10 minute drive away. The pod was a perfect size for a couple, but also has a spare bedroom with bunk beds if you have kids. We utilised the hot tub twice (we were hot tub virgins, but it was lovely) and loved sitting on the verandah watching the alpacas and goats with a glass of wine (us, not the animals!). Not the cheapest break, but you can’t put a price on such a weekend! Recommend the gin factory. That was a highlight.…
