Arriving in Rugby for an overnight stay on a cold, damp autumn evening, I was greeted with a warm smile from owner Helen who could not have made my arrival more welcome. The room I was shown to was clean, spacious and had everything that one could have wished for including a choice of either feather or synthetic pillows in...

A very warm welcome from Helen to this great place in the centre of Rugby. Everything was beautifully clean, attention to detail was first class and it was surprisingly quiet for such a well situated place. Breakfast was good, and lots of parking so a very nice stay all around. Will be back next trip!

I live locally so haven't stayed overnight but have used the board room as a venue for Management Training. Helen, the owner, showed me around the rooms and they are simply stunning. The boardroom is perfect as a venue for small groups of up to 6 people. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Booked this b and b on-line after reading the great reviews. Booked it on the 22nd July for a mid week stay at the end of Sept. Received a confirmation e-mail saying my reservation had been made, but when I called at the beginning of the week to confirm what time we would be arriving they had no record of...

I stay here regularly and it is a very well situated B&B, fitted out to the highest spec with very caring service and attention to detail. Coffee, tea, biscuits in room, with a small fridge, large spacious rooms with top range rain shower. I always get a good nights sleep when here.

We were a late booking and were very lucky to stay here as Number 16 had been fully booked but just had a cancellation. The B&B is perfect! The accommodation is superb, and breakfast was delicious. My only worry - by endorsing this B&B, I'll be encouraging others to stay here and won't be able to book a room next...

We stayed because our usual choice (No. 7) was fully booked and were not disappointed! High quality furnishings, beuatiful decor and a great breakfast together with very friendly service - perfect choice as an alternative to shabby independents or boring chains!

I discovered Helen and Number Sixteen after being booked into the 3 Horseshoes by a client. Despairing at the accommodation I went on the hunt for somewhere in close proximity to the town centre where I was providing training. Helen's service was exceptional, she met me on a wet evening to show me round the accommodation before I would commit...

despite reading other reviews before going we were staggered by how good No 16 was. Fantastic room, bathroom and facilities. A warm welcome, fresh breakfast and a great location with that most valuable essential...... city centre parking spaces. Almost worth inventing a reason to go to Rugby just to stay here. We stayed at the weekend to go to a...

Simply outstanding, from the welcome we initially received from Helen to the immaculate room we stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. The little touches made all the difference, ie proper milk in the fridge for coffee and tea, decent biscuits and even a little bowl of toffees and mints. We have children...
