A small and friendly B&B. Host is extremely helpful and accommodating. We came from Singapore thus have two large baggages. They then go about find if there are possibility if we could have the bigger room. Although we are unable to swap room. But I am extremely pleased with the willingness to check on the possibility to accommodate. It is...

Stayed at the Crazy Gull B&B last night. Very comfortable. Clean and modern. Good en suite facilities. Host Peter was very accommodating. Comfortable king bed. Continental breakfast, although not the cooked full English style, was more than adequate. Off-street private parking in the front yard area. On a fairly busy street, but traffic noise in the night was not a...

This is a really good place to know about if you have business in Bognor Regis. I went to a show at the Regis Centre near the seafront - a short walk (15 mins for me, and I walk very slowly!) My room was at the front of the house, but by no means noisy - Victoria Drive is not...

This is a small and friendly bed and breakfast in a quiet location just outside Bognor Regis. Our double room was spotless clean and comfy. The owner and his wife were very welcoming. There is only a continental style breakfast but it is tasty and varied: ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, cakes, toast, fruit. It has a parking space. Strongly recommended.

Just returned from a very reasonable but lovely b and b. It was spotlessly clean, the toon small but perfectly formed with extremely comfortable beds (memory foam) very clean loo and shower, hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was basic continental but nice and owners pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

good hospitality, Peter the owner made us feel very welcoming upon arrival, with his great knowledge of the area. Rooms were immaculate with great shower facilities. For what was essentially the weekend we felt breakfast finishing at 9 was a bit early, however with it being bank holiday Monday this may have been the reason. Enjoyed our stay

my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2013, it's not a traditional style B&B, it's a modern style house that's been converted to a B&B, the owner Peter and his wife were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and are really nice people, it was a warm welcome from the start and nothing was too...

Stayed for one night whilst viewing properties in local area. Very clean and welcoming. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but very varied choice of toast, cereals etc. Peter and his wife are a pleasure to meet and our stay was very enjoyable. “I didn't see any of the other rooms. The front room (No.4) I stayed in is compact, has a double bed and cushions, but no chairs, desk or table, so it might be rather tight for two persons, but absolutely fine for me.”
