I stayed for three weeks in the Garden room with my puppy Rosie. Dee made us feel very welcome and I enjoyed the delicious breakfasts! The room is very comfortable. Holly House is situated in a wonderful location, being just a few minutes away from glorious walks on the Ashdown Forest. Thank you Dee for being a wonderful host! I have been staying at Holly House every year for seven years - often three or four times a year. Clean rooms,very comfortable beds and excellent breakfasts make this the ideal place to stay. Mrs. Burchell certainly knows how to look after her guests. Roderic Findlay

I used Holly House as a base when I attended a nearby festival at pippingford park, Simple journey, and a delight to escape from the festival to a comfortable bed, crispy clean sheets, hot shower and a delicious breakfast. Dee is a warm and empathetic host, I had a lovely time - a shame that I didnt get to spend more time in Dee's beautiful garden, If you're thinking about using Holly House as a base for an event at Pippingford, it;'s superb for this, with a straightforward drive either through Nutlet or Wych Cross

I had the most welcoming & relaxing stay at Holly House; Dee is the warmest & friendliest person you could ask to meet. Not only does she offer a relaxed, home from home place to stay but also offers an amazing quality & very filling breakfast which includes home made jams & marmalade. The beautiful view from the breakfast room is memorable & picturesque, something I will never forget! Thank you for am fabulous stay I will definitely visit again and recommend to friends & family. We often come here to stay enjoy coming here. We always have a comfortable stay and enjoy the incredible breakfast cooked every morning and love looking at the beautiful garden. The house is immaculate and Dee hosts wonderfully!

I loved staying at Holly House. I had my own room and bathroom along with a outdoor area. It was nice and peaceful and I slept really well. I had a lovely cooked breakfast and the lady was very friendly.

We loved our stay and had visite many interesting places & gardens in the area. We also could just rest & read in the beautiful beautiful (twice!) well kept garden. And what a great lady!!! We forgot our electric toothbrush and she send it to our next B&B and insisted not to receive compensationy for it. Really love to come back and for more than only 3 nights as we did now. Thank you very very much!!!
