We had a room with a courtyard view which was brilliant - bed was incredibly comfy, shower and bathroom facilities were good, and we were given tea-cakes, popcorn, crisps, sweets as well as the usual tea/coffee which was a nice treat. It would have been the absolute perfect stay, except for the really loud floorboards from above. We could hear...

We had a top floor room with a balcony. There was a welcome tray with tea/coffee/ hot chocolate. Lindt chocolates as a treat. It had a lovely big bed and toiletries in the shower room. The balcony had a bistro set of chairs and table to sit out atand overlooked the boating lake. It was only a short walk from the...

Every room in this superb guesthouse is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Big rooms, big beds, spotlessly clean. Good location right next to a long beach with the town and restaraunts close by. I love this house and stay here on a regular basis for business. A professionally run outfit in every detail.

Although the room was clean, it was located in the basement and too small for a double room. The room was very dated... Like being back in the 1970s, with a broken sideboard and dated decor. The bathroom caused many issues as the wash basin was too small causing water to splash and was too small for appropriate use, the...

Two minute walk from the sea front. There was a car park opposite, make sure you pay for parking as they are very hot handing out tickets as we found out. There is also on street parking. Very clean and modern room with large television. There was a separate sink and toilet to the bathroom which was handy as we...

We spent one lovely night in a 'deluxe double' on the top floor. The room had lovely views over the boating lake and beyond to the sea. The room is designed with care, attention to detail and impeccable taste. The huge king size bed was really comfortable and dressed with gorgeous crisp white bedding. The duvet and pillows were top...

Wow this place is simply brilliant.. Very very clean.... The building had been owned by Nicole and Marina since 2010 and they have firmly stamped their taste and style all over this wonderful location. We had two rooms on Friday and Saturday night arriving very late on Friday the instructions getting us into our room were spot on and went...

This great Boutique style (Room Only) guest house/hotel is a nice find. We stayed for 2 nights 12/13th Sept. Room 9 on the top floor. The room offers views across to the sea and is very light. The room and house are furnished to a very good Boutique style and have a warm homely feel to them. Our room had...

We stopped in room three in one of the windiest weekends of the year. The wind was very loud through the chimney and it did keep me awake, however I did speak to one of the proprietors and the second night was quieter. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The electric in the shower was a bit intermittent,...
