The staff were very helpful and friendly.However...This place is in desperate need of a complete refurb!! If the windows were ever attempted to be cleaned we might have been able to appreciate the view of the lake.our room was a decent size, but the decor was grim and very tacky!! I'd sooner stay at faulty towers!! Never would I go back...

I knew from previous reviews it wasn't going to be good. But our room is like a 1980s bedsit. A mismatch of very old furniture and furnishings. Dated and in dire need of modernisation. Not recommended. Only booked in desperation as nothing else available.

This hotel is cheap and cheerful a bit rough around the edges but it's in a lovely location. By the oyster pond where you can kayake and peddloe. It's fun. And very close to East Beach. In a park that it's lovely to have sandwiches then dip a toe in the sea afterward. Lovely haven.

Lady on desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is in need of modernising and rooms up dating but the bed was clean and comfortable and I had a great night sleep. Overall for my stay it was value for money. Keep smiling and I'll be back.

We had an unusual greeting on entering the hotel, a filthy door mat and the door held open with a rusty paint can. We were told the rooms needed refurbishing. Whilst we didn't mind having ripped curtains, dust on the bedside lamp and soft furnishings that had old stains on and were very old and faded. We took exception to...

Looks tired and one of the ladys who works there has an attitude they needs to change. I have heard other complain about her to (Littlehamptons a tiny place). On the plus side the foods good and customers friendly.

Stayed here last week with friends, fortunately only one night, the standard of the room was awful, the trip advisor scale won't let you give a minus ! Decor falling off, beds terrible, shower flooded the bathroom, window would not shut. In this modern day and age when quality and service are paramount these little beauties still seem to wriggle...
