The hotel interior is nice, but the rooms don't have aircon or even fans. The window in the room we stayed in doesn't open, and although we complained to the staff they didn't seem to care at all.....

You should mail the hotel and ask. It will probably not be a problem since the hotel has a bar that is open late. They could probably give you the key.
