Excellent chalet 18 overlooking Oyster bay. We ate in the main restaurant but also in the Richardsons café a few times where the food and service was excellent, Excellent, but limited walks in the park. Long drive to get elsewhere so probably only suitable for a short period. Housekeeping/cleaners came in at 3.30pm whilst we were in the room and...

What a location! We stayed in a spa cabin with a waterfront view and had stunning views from both the room and the deck. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed very comfortable, but overall the room was very 'rustic'. For the price we paid, I would have expected a little more luxury/modern appointments as it is clear...

From photos of the views we were expecting our balcony to have a sea view but reality is that virtually none of them do as all are located in the woodland. Still charming but not what we expected. Room was a bit tired with sofa cushions needing cleaned. Service in the restaurant was terrible but the food was fine. We...

This is a special place but it comes at aspecial price so expectations are high. Location great, rooms great, staff great. Attention to detail? Well judge yourself. How can a 5 star hotel run out of soya milk , tomatoes and keg beer? We had flathead fillets twice at the bistro . First time best ever in the world ....

This place is quiet and pretty but that's about all it has going for it. The cabins feel dated, there isn't great value for money, staff are standoffish and the internet is awful, which on a sunny day is fine but on a rainy day we would've really appreciated some kind of internet connection. We also left a do not...

Nice clean rooms with a partial water view (slightly hidden away behind trees which is great for a little more privacy) and very comfortable beds. A little expensive compared to another nicer accomodation nearby, but still very nice. We had a spa suite which was ok but for the price we expected something nicer.

Happy surprised with the location, perfect. You can take the different trails very close from the hotel and still enjoy the hotel beach. Really great location. The restaurant is also delicious, congrats to the chef. He treated us very well. The cabin are nicely located along the coast, good comfort. Only the bathroom could be renovated and this would be...

Our cabin was the one near The Bistro, but was quiet. Really was pleasantly surprised to find new, luxurious, spacious accommodation in the national park. There is a laundry with washer and dryer! Hurray! Really appreciated a shower and robe after a difficult 12 km hike over boulders.

We tossed up whether to stay at the Eco lodge or here. We were pleased with our decision as we were there for the walks nearby. The views from the restaurant were stunning but don't expect to get water views necessarily from ones apartment (this was clearly stated when booking). We negotiated a good price so we weren't disappointed to...
