My parents and I stayed for one night at very short notice, and Peter gave us a warm welcome and two gorgeously appointed rooms. The en suites are spotlessly clean and the beds beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was cooked to order and we enjoyed a friendly chat and a show around his lovely property. Peter is available... More

My partner and I stayed with Peter for a night in May 2016. Peter was warm and welcoming, and the house was gorgeous with a blazing, cozy fire and genuine country charm. The accommodation was of the highest calibre with beautiful furniture, toasty warm bed (with electric blankets), plenty of room, gorgeous ensuite, spacious guest lounge and best of all... More

In the lovely quiet village of St Mary's, Addlestone House is a convenient point from which to explore the East coast. Our host Peter maintains an immaculate home and our room and ensuite were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. He serves up a generous cooked breakfast including some seasonal home grown veggies. He kindly allowed us to use... More

St Marys is a very quiet little town on the East coast of Tasmania, completely unspoilt by tourism. It creates the calmness you dream of after speeding around the rest of the island. It's and ideal place from which to spend a few days and tour around the east coast area. Peter is the kindest and the most pleasant host... More

What a pleasant place to stay in this very quite part of Tasmania. Peter is a man of many talents including cooking a great breakfast. Would recommend this place to everyone. The drive in from the coast is also a great experience for those of us from flat Westerns Australia. And GO DOCKERS.

A very comfortable, spotlessly clean bed and breakfast. Host Peter was very helpful, informative and friendly. His knowledge on the surrounding area and spots to visit was a great help. A delicious cooked breakfast before we departed was an additional bonus.

We stumbled upon this B and B in a lonely planet guide and thought we'd give it a try. We were so impressed with Peter and his hospitality. Such a lovely stay, beautiful breakfast and of course the photographs at the end really added something else. We left with such warm fuzzy feelings, thank you Peter. Best place to stay... More
