We stayed here in January while visiting Wineglass Bay and it was fantastic. Karen was so friendly and offered lots of advice for our travels. The room had everything you'd want and was cleverly set up, even a bowl of lollies and some port! It was spotlessly clean and the colours of the room and the building were very nice...

We spent a night at this B&B in mid December 2016 and enjoyed the the facilities very much. Ideally situated for trips into the Freycinet National Park with clean, modern facilities and friendly hostess Karen to look after us. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Home made bread, cereal, fresh orange juice and eggs, bacon etc....

Excellent room with spa in wonderful location across the road from the beach. Karen was friendly and helpful and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

This B&B was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Karen & she was more than happy to help with information & answer any questions. The room was lovely with a fabulous view & the home cooked breakfast was sensational. Highly recommend.

A gorgeous, light filled room with an ocean view was highly appreciated after a huge day of hiking along the Freycinet Peninsula! We appreciated all of the love and care which had gone into ensuring guest comfort, including the little bowl of assorted sweets and bottle of port to help with bedtime. Best and linen was comfortable and everything was...

Wonderful room, delightful hosts and the best cooked breakfast to set us up for the day. All that and with cheery good humour thrown in (they even forgave us for accidentally running off with their jar of coffee). Would highly recommend to all, thank you Karen and Bob for making us so welcome.

My partner and I were greeted by the lovely Karen who showed us to our room on arrival, gave us suggestions on which restaurants to eat and gave us maps on several routes to launceston the next day- she was so attentive, welcoming and a great host. What can I say, the BIG breakfast was the best I've had at...

We stayed 2 nights, Monday and Tuesday, 10th and 11th October 2016. Karen is very welcoming and provides really nice accommodation. It may not have some of the trappings of expensive 5 star B & B's, but for all intents and purposes it is 5 star service. We had room 3, beautiful view, lovely queen bed, huge bathroom, where the...

We stayed only one night but wish we could stay longer. Our room had a great water view. Karen was lovely upon arrival and for breakfast next day. Room was fitted with all the amenities you need and even the toilet had a heater, I guess it gets pretty cold there! We loved every bit of it and would definitely...

Great location with ocean views. Apartment has everything you need. Clean and very well appointed. Owner / Magaer is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was very stormy during our stay. Maybe next time we have better luck with the weather.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Freycinet Waters is in the heart of Swansea village. Everything is within an easy flat walk. Our property looks across the road to the delightful Great Oyster Bay. Water views can be found from most rooms and definitely from the breakfast room. Eat a filling 'English' breakfast while gazing out at the water. A great way to start the day. For those who are adventurous the menu includes black pudding and haggis. Our colour scheme reflects the colour of the water and the hues of the great sunrises & sunsets that you can see from the property. A 1930's style at the front of the house and a more modern day feel at the rear gives Freycinet Waters that light airy feel. Our prices include breakfast (or breakfast provisions), WiFi (the modern essential) and a small port to help you rest at the end of a busy day. ... more   less
