It really is so important for our staff and management to hear your reviews and to know that their efforts are being appreciated. Sometimes things can go wrong, and we need to know that so we can improve, but when it all goes well it is great to have that acknowledged. Probably as with many businesses, the finished product looks easy and simple to produce, whereas in fact, and certainly with hotels, there is so much work going on in the background, and even before a guest arrives, that go into making that guest feel comfortable and to enjoy their stay. Hello, I am really sorry about your experience at breakfast. We are undergoing a major refurbishment of our main restaurant. Basically we have almost completely demolished it and are rebuilding it now. It will re-open in April. So we are currently serving breakfast on the 8th Floor which is working very well. Due to prior bookings for that space and all our other banqueting spaces we had to move the breakfast for two days in February to the Pendopo Palace area - I am sorry if for any reason the service was any less that usual. We often serve functions and meals in this area so everything should have been okay. I have mentioned this to our F&B service team so thank you for your comments. I am also really happy that your kids loved our children's facilities, we recently opened our brand new Lare Kids Club and it has been very well received by our younger guests..!!! Please do come back and see us when our new restaurant is open - I am very excited about this latest addition and improvement to our facilities. Many thanks again. Ian Cameron General Manager

Good place, good services

They have spacious rooms, clean and the staff have good hospitality. Recommended for family because there is a swimming pool and park so we can spend relaxing time inside the hotel. the meeting package was also good.
