I loved my stay. However I was charged double the amount for the room and then they argued with me several times about my tax exempt status, and said that they went ahead and removed the taxes, but according to my receipt and credit card charge they did not remove them.

Very accommodating staff. Great happy hour and breakfast. Very clean rooms and like the suite concept. This was a great place for a overnight stay with the family. Visited with college in Norman and this was a great location.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the barking dog (that the hotel refused to address) and the uncomfortable bed/pillows, you won't get any sleep. Also, they nickel and dime guests for everything including WI-FI and parking. You have to self park in the rain for

Is there a bar nightlife?
There is a bar in the motel and I know they have sports on the tv's but wouldn't really call it night life per se.

They walked more than one diamond the weekend of the Tennessee game. If a hotel will walk their most loyal guests that doesn't say a lot about them honoring a reservation. If you insist on staying at a Hilton family property in the area I would recommend the Skirvin in OKC. Great breakfast and they treat their diamonds right

"If you have kids, a suite is worth the $30 more, and the breakfast is one of the better for US style breakfasts."
"The better rooms are on the higher floors, but the open plan of the hotel will make these impossible for those with a fear of heights."
"not south side"
"Recommend higher floors due to open courtyard may make lower floors noisier."
