We have been pleased with this hotel in the past. Lately they seem to be having some problems. They booked us in two different rooms that were already occupied before we got one we could stay in. They have a shuttle which is helpful and will take you in to Bricktown. If you need to save some money this hotel...

Terrible management. Reserved a room for New Years Eve and they overbooked so I and many people there did not get rooms even though we had confirmation numbers. The manager on duty tried to justify it saying all hotels and airlines overbook, but I have never had that experience or been dismissed like that. Even if another hotel or airline...

We called beforehand to book, and were assured multiple times we would receive the two rooms we requested. We arrived on New Years Eve at about noon to check in, and we were told that we couldn't check in until later, so we waited until later that evening, but we were again assured that our rooms were reserved. We arrived...

The hotel looks horrible from the outside. There were only couple of cars outside so it looks almost like abandoned but when you get inside it's pretty decent hotel. A bit sad though. Big corridors and not much going on. It's like a travel 30 years back in time. The room we had was renovated but not really nicely. Like...

Stayed at this dump that was reserved by my friends Travel Agent. Arrived late Saturday night to a long tenious check-in process concerning the address and our GPS taking us east on Reno instead of MLK Blvd. Had 2 rms reserved and they were adjoining and approximately a 3-mile hike from the front entry desk. Other room/property lowlights from our...

My car was broken into right outside my room. There is no security guard on site and very few employees. Not only my own car but an employee car as well. Not the best neighborhood. I would spend my money elsewhere, is not worth the risk... It's right across from a truck stop and the greyhound bus station so a...

Outside looks completely different from inside. Building looks like it hasn't been updated in many years, but going inside it's completely different. Rooms are nice and clean with contemporary styling and large flat screen televisions. When in town I'd stay here again.

Some of the previous guest reviews were correct. This place is not up to par. Granted, there is evidence they are still under renovation, but they apparently overbook and assign guests into incomplete rooms. After reading the reviews online, I called the hotel four times, before and after booking it, to discuss and confirm that their common complaints had been...

Get what you pay for . Room remodeled but this is just an ugly 1970ish hotel with long dark halls and somewhat sketchy area. I wouldn't have my family stay here. Had some room issues but were resolved.
