The hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff was ehhh, not very helpful. It was not a very welcoming hotel. Just a beautiful lobby with an okay staff. We had an okay experience but it was just “okay”.

it is a beautiful old hotel that has so much appeal. The room was spacious and well -decorated. The lobby is stunning and The Boiler Room Restaurant was top notch. Quality was everywhere. I loved this place.

I am not happy having to write this review about a hotel that is, general, fine. But when a specific department within the hotel fails in its mission to be on the same level as all the others, something needs to be said. Last night, our family had reservations to see an 8 pm

The valet is $20. I used it and it worked great. You can also park at a garage, but most are a couple blocks away and are at least $8 to $10 or more a day. Street parking is free after 5 PM on Monday through Friday if you can find a spot. It's free all day to park downtown on Saturday and Sunday.

Debit Card will work. Just make sure you have enough "room" on the card. They're super friendly there anyway.

Feel free to call the hotel directly at 918-582-6296. Since we only have one Celebrity Suite and it is quite a special room, we only accept direct bookings over the phone. Best, Management The Mayo Hotel
