Located centrally. Easy to walk to good neighborhoods for sightseeing, shopping, dining & bars. Hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms are very nice. The hotel bar is also nice and serves what looks like good food. I didn't eat there but had wine in the bar.

We arrived at the Hyatt Regency on Thursday November 15, 2018 for what was to be a 3-night stay. It was not a pleasant check in as the attendant on hand acted bothered by our late arrival and failed to mention how the parking for the hotel worked, for which I ended up incurring

I enjoyed a long weekend away and stayed here with my fiancé. The hotel and rooms were very nice. They were clean and fresh with lots of natural lighting from the window. We chose to stay on the club floor so views were nice and the added benefit of the "club bar" was nice The

I called on Thanksgiving to check on a late arrival only to find out the hotel had a fire and they were shut down. The fire was a full week before and in that time I had never been contacted. They claimed that Priceline did not provide contact information for me (not true). And

The hotel itself is nice but not in the best location. The streets around don't feel safe to walk and especially at night. It's a couple blocks to some eateries and nothing convenience store wise within walking distance. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a mile

How long had this sat under the sink waterlogged and unused?
Stained sheets
We had two doubles but I'd bet they have two queens available if requested ahead of time.

What is self parking and how much does it cost?
Self parking is $8/day. The garage is a multi-level covered garage. You simply turn into garage, get a parking ticket from the machine in order for the bar to raise so You can enter. I did not use valet parking so I don't know the cost. Also, on the weekends and after 5pm on the weekdays, You can find a parking at the meters on the street for free, but depending on how lucky You may be, You could find a parking that is close or one that may be a block or two or three or more away.

Is the breakfast included with the room?
No, it's not. Coffee bar in lobby, breakfast served in restaurant, not too pricy. In-room Starbucks is complementary.

Self-parking was super easy. The parking garage is located just beyond the front door check-in drive thru, straight ahead on the right, before the intersection. Once you check in, your room key gets you in and out of the gate into the parking garage. The cost is just added to your bill. The only inconvenience is that the door from the parking garage back into the hotel does not open automatically, so if you're bringing in luggage, you have to juggle. But overall, a convenient parking garage! Hope that helps!
