Personally I would book by telephone to the front desk staff and get a person-to-person understanding of what to expect on arrival. Get a name, and then on arrival confirm the details promised in the reservation phone call... More
Personally I would book by telephone to the front desk staff and get a person-to-person understanding of what to expect on arrival. Get a name, and then on arrival confirm the details promised in the reservation phone call. And don't pass on that breakfast -- the buffet is the best I've ever had at a restaurant. It's a proper restaurant meal.
