The room itself was nice and clean. However the heat in the room could not be turned down and it was like a sauna. Windows wouldn't even open for air. Had to open slider and door to deck. Not real comfortable leaving doors open through the night but we had no choice in order rider to sleep. All of us...

What a wonderful place in the winter for skiing near by and in the summers there are great trails for hiking. Year 'round activities. relaxing. Lots of nature. Shopping near enough to go to, but far enough away to not see any of it.

This was by far one of my most fave hotels I've ever been too. It felt like home and everything was included! Clean. Cozy. Safe. Quiet. Romantic. Absolutely perfection. The views are breathtaking and it taught me how to relax. Can't wait to visit again!

Very nice resort with wonderful meeting facilities. The one bedroom unit had everything I needed. I enjoyed the balcony. The food for the meetings was very nice. I definitely hope that I can make it bake there again.

Hadn't been to Bend in several years and the stay was exceptional. We had a condo at Mt. Bachelor Village for a business trip and it couldn't have been better. The place was comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. The flat panel HD screens in every room and the free Wi-Fi was terrific, especially since this was a business trip...

Poor service in the conference room. Was like pulling teeth to get something done. Water was spilt at our table and our waiter would not replace the table cloth. Had to go get someone else to do it. The food was terrible and they wouldn't leave coffee out all day. No coffee in the lobby either. Very disappointing.
