Room phones out of service. We had to buy our own ant traps. Supplies were not restocked in room. Desk clerk stocking breakfast bar had holes in the butt of her jeans. We left a day early and took the loss.

Several of the places I had thought about staying were booked when I called on thanksgiving to reserve a room for the next two nights but Brookings Inn Resort still had availability and for a reasonable price. As a bonus they did have an indoor pool that my wife wanted to use but didn't find the time to but plenty... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Doors stick so people have to slam to close. Give you 2 towels 2 pillows. Nothing extra. After they cleaned room didn't leave any wash clothes or bath mat. Breakfast was good but only 8 to 10 so if early riser won't do you anygood.

The staff was super helpful and polite. My room was clean and the bed very comfy It was a great place to stay close to restaurants and a short walk to the center of town. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Brookings.

The lady who checked us in was kind. We paid $29 extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub The tub was great. The room was huge. But- the room smelled like a dirty old boat. Definitely used as a party room. With carpets left to mildew. We asked the front desk for some fabreeze. We mustn't have been the... More

We stayed here after our 1 & 2 choices had no vacancies. It is definitely budget friendly. The decor is very dated and rugs need to be replaced. Beds were ok, not pillow top. Good hot shower. It was relatively quiet after 9. The breakfast was a joke. Two kinds of cereal, one of which was empty. Orange juice only.... More

Stayed here one night. We had a dog, so rented pet room. Literal puddles of piss still wet in the carpet from the previous guest. Bathroom dirty and incompletely stocked. Guests upstairs getting arrested at 2:30 in the morning, no hotel staff to be seen. Needed a roof over our heads, and that's all we got.

Thank you for your review, I was the one personal dealing with guest upstairs. I called law enforcement because of noise levels they were causing. We appreciate your business. More

Bums sleeping in parking lot breakfast almost non existent were told they didn't get more food till next day but what little they had was ok. Over all decent for the price. Nice people.

Well you get what you pay for; no air conditioning to avoid on hot days. Pool looked to be okay. This place is old and it shows, beds are like a rock and the rooms show there age. But I would stay here when on a budget and the staff seamed nice and accommodating.

First let me say that the room was adequate. The check in clerk was very good , friendly knowledgeable. Maintenance and housekeeping were lacking. The wifi was spotty. The outside areas were unkept walkways unswept cigarette all over. Inside our room it appeared that house keeping made a minimal effort to vacuum. The carpettes were dirty. The in room coffee...
