If you want to ride on the best snowmobile tracks in the world, this is the your place. Perfectly groomed trails with amazing views for 100s of miles.. Great having the sleds right outside your so called cabin - more like a 1950s shack.- 2 bedroom That said the resort is in very poor shape with the accommodations being at...

Diamond Lake is a really fun place to go for tubing and snowmobiling, or just enjoying the wintery scenery. It's beautiful. That said, the lodging could use an update. On this visit we stayed in the motel where we could hear people talking, watching TV and dogs barking in the neighboring rooms. Luckily they all settled down at the same...

I hadn't been here since I was young. I was very disappointed to see that the place has been left to basically fall apart, however the prices have shot up a lot since then. We rented a cabin (over $200 a night), which looked like it was both built and decorated in the 60s. It was dirty, cobwebs on the...

We have been coming here for over 15 years. It's grown so much. Others are discovering this gem and sadly it's getting overly crowded. We tried to do tubing hill but the lines were very long, for both the actual tubing hill and the payment booth. Overheard a conversation where some said they purchased 2 hour ticket and only got...

This place is magical in the Winter! Staff are unreal. We have a disabled child and everyone went above and beyond to assist and help us make the most of everything Diamond Lake has to offer. There is free play areas, tube slides, heaps of snowmobile trails to discover and guided tours for those not to confident! Food was fantastic....

Lovely, rustic place in the mountains of South-central Oregon. The lodge has a couple of restaurants, cabins and motel units to stay in, gas stations, horseback riding, etc. A small but comprehensive store. Pizza parlor (Love the broasted chicken and Jojo potatoes!). Large lake with fishing and swimming. Camping. In winter, snowmobiling, cross country and some downhill skiing. Inner tube...

Beautiful location. We were the only ones there; they are busier after more snow falls (snowmobiling poker runs? ) $100 a night (winter rates?) for 2. The bed was good, the cooking was fine. The coffee was too weak so I was glad we brought our own coffee set. Snow was falling and the scenery was beautiful. The heater in...

It is a wonderful location with both a hotel and cabins. I stayed in a cabin both to have more space and a fireplace. The buildings are all a bit run down, unfortunately, and they really do need updating. New beds are definitely needed, and it might not be a bad idea to put in some kings.

Vacationing with son and our wives. Reservations made on short notice through Crater Lake Lodge (no rooms there). When we checked out, found that a "finders fee" of $80 added for the Lodge. Unit was very dated. Would have been better had we known of the full kitchen available. Took over an hour to get the place warmed up. Beds...

We tried to book a room at Crater Lake Lodge, 6 months in advance, and the park concessionaire booked us at Diamond Lake as an alternative, but the only option was a cabin that could sleep 6 for the two of us. The cabin was functional, but everything quite dated. The sofa in the sitting room was like sitting on...
