We stayed two nights Nov 5-6, 2016. Front desk was very helpful room was ready.. Very accommodating when we wanted to change room because of loud traffic noise. New room was slightly quitter but soundproofing was poor, especially when the three partying girls checked in late Saturday night and the the boys showed up about one...interior noises very loud at... I stay here often while visiting my family in the area. Usually I have my dog with me and this is a great place for pets. It has clean and updated rooms and is in a good location downtown. The doors open to the outside and have somewhat outdated key locks, but I have never had any problems during the... More

The reviews are right. This is a wonderful place to stay. Old style, but modern rooms. We checked in around midnight and the clerk came out and helped with our luggage. Wonderful service. The room was very special. Modern and roomy. Located right down town, we enjoyed the Farmer's Market on Saturday just three blocks away. Also convenient to the... More

Great staff/service and super clean, cozy, comfortable rooms - not extravagant but very thoughtfully upgraded to include just what a traveler needs to be comfortable. My room had a very comfy bed with a nice duvet, luxurious extra blanket, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (with decaf! not always included at other places), WiFi, a big wall-mounted flat screen TV, hair dryer,... This looks on the outside like a typical 50s-60s downtown motel--and I guess it is, except the place is very well maintained and the rooms have def been upgraded. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, even if the price was higher -- besides being nice with easy parking, it's in a very central location, easy walking to several nice... More

Very charming. Would give it 5 stars but refrigerator was turned off and some of our food spoiled. Otherwise a very good choice to spend the night. Hardwood floors were spotless and overall very clean. Felt like we were in a fancy cabin.

Decided to book based on other reviews and what the rate was compared to other area hotels/motels. Room was recently remodeled with hardwood floors (which are cleaner in my opinion) and large flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. Liked the downtown location, although there were a couple vagrants around. Young man at front desk was super friendly and based on... More

While on a road trip we decided to give ourselves a little break from camping. We know nothing of Eugene and picked out a cheapish motel. We were looking for a decent location, hot shower, and bed. What we got what that and more. The location was great for us. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants. I'm not completely... More

stayed here two nights on the way from Portland to Ashland. Good value, very clean and newly refurbished room. Don't let the outside fool you - it is comfortable and clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Good shower, comfortable bed, very nice shower, towels are thick and substantial. Good snack-y breakfast in the lobby before you hit... More

For the price, the room I had was fabulous. Looked like the room had recently been remodeled and updated. Refrigerator, microwave and wi-fi. Continental Breakfast included. Location on a busy street but then again this is a "motel". Thought it would be fun to stay downtown and explore. My mistake, as there was nothing to see or do in this... More
