Wow what a clean motel! Supper nice owners and staff that truly take pride in their property! The rooms all have flat screen TV's, fridge and microwaves. The beds are supper comfy along with very nice pillows and linens. Great location for walking around downtown Eugene, great eats near and lots of entertainment. It is a great place to stay!

This place doesn't look like much from the outside however, the rooms have all been redone. The best thing about this place is there is no carpet in the rooms. They all have a laminate flooring which makes it so much cleaner. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. For the price it's definitely worth...

Timbers is a dated motel in central Eugene. Very close to the University of Oregon campus and walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants, although this part of town is a bit tired as well. Our room was updated with new flooring, good beds, wi-fi and a nice TV, and it was spotlessly clean. Room rates were under $100...

Daughter had a volleyball tournament in Springfield. Team stayed at Hilton but we needed budget property. Staff was friendly. Seems like some renovation going on. Continental breakfast was pretty limited. Room and bathroom clean with comfy beds. Neighbors were noisy but what can you do. Good Choice

My bf and I stayed here for the weekend. It was very rustic, yet clean. The staff was incredible helpful and gave us advice on were to eat, grab a beer etc... The rooms are very resonably priced compared to others in the area. The location is also great, being walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, theaters and shops. We...

This was a surprise for us as the price was excellent and so was the location for us. Both gentlemen in the lobby were really friendly, helpful and gave us directions. First lets start with the parking lot and the office. It was clean and inviting. The room was a great surprise as it had wooden floors, ceiling and a...

Jimmy, the kind gentleman who checked me in, was extremely accomodating. When in first walked into the lobby, after an extremely long exhausting day, He was radiating joy, And a jolly timber attitude.. I will choose timber motel anyday, even if it is just to see Jimmy and his kind face gayly smiling back at me. Thank younjimmy, for your...

The reviews are all correct, this is a great little spot in downtown Eugene within walking distance to restaurants and bars and the college. We stayed for 2 nights in the Small Queen room for $59/night. Free parking, wi-fi, and breakfast which was bagels and cream cheese, muffins, and cookies (a strange breakfast item), plus coffee and juice. Room was...

The price is good, clean, good location, and friendly staff. Small motel that packs a lot into the basics a tired traveler needs. Close to pearl street pizza, a great place to eat and down the street from papa's soul food. Centrally located near transit mall.

I'd go back again. Desk-staff wonderful. We blew in mid-evening on a very chilly night. Our room was extremely cold and took a long time to warm up. The heater wafted a lot of chilly air before any heat so it wasn't a great start. Our room wasn't remodeled recently (old carpets and fixtures) but it was clean and had...
