This was above and beyond my expectations. The lodge is absolutely stunning, clean, with everything you need. Nilsa made us feel welcome and still gave us space. We stayed two nights in the John Wayne Suite. Fantastic location with wonderful views of Mt Hood from the deck. Lovely place, spacious, warm and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere, feeling like as home. Welcoming and friendly hostesses. Tasty breakfast with a lot of fruits. I warmly recommend this place.

Glorious, superb, beautiful.................. If you have not been, shame on you. Words cannot describe how unique, clean, and great this place is. Go, do not think or discuss. Best time is June and July when you can experience the fruit and the waterfalls are still roaring. You haven't gone yet?

Nilsa has a lovely place there. Big, bold, comfortable, very warm and inviting. Her cooking was excellent and very generous in portions. We had the place to ourselves the first time we were there so we got to enjoy the hot tub. We've stayed upstairs both times, with the steam shower, great after a hike or skiing.
