DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! It is unhygienic, the housekeeper was cleaning out syringes and crack pipes from the rooms. We asked for a refund, and they will NOT return your money! They even took our receipt and refused give it back? There's no smoke alarms, blown speakers on the console TV, cigarette burns on the bed, no bedspread and the...

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly efficient staff and good service. Good Internet WiFi. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the accommodations very much. The owners are the on-site managers and are very service oriented.

I checked into this bare bones motel a d paid for my room before looking at it. BIG MISTAKE! The hallway to the room had piles of old broken furniture, old tv's and discarded lumber. The room had one dim light. The bed was slightly disheveled and when I turned down the bed, the sheets were dirty and had holes...

We go through Klamath Falls twice a year and have stayed in many motels there over the years. This is, by far, the best. Friendly staff, large rooms, clean, quiet. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast! Kids loved it river next to the motel kept them busy feeding ducks..:) overall great experience. We will defiantly keep coming back.

We were able to walk to the park, restaurants, and down to the lakefront. Hiking trails along the lake and the river were also within walking distance. Rooms were of...
