Historic. It's old by coastal cities standards. If I remember correctly it was built in the 1940s. The two arms of the motel have been remodeled into two room suites. So far I have not found two suites that are adjacent to each other. They all seem to have unoccupied spaces between them. That makes for quieter nights not hearing...

The Historic Anchor Inn is a gem on the Oregon Coast. Nestled just off Hwy 101, the Inn is one of the oldest buildings in Lincoln City. The buildings have been lovingly restored without taking away any of the old charm of the original. The rooms do not have cable, but this is not missed because they offer free use...

We checked this place out in December, While on a photo shoot. It was just so cool. There's tons of antiques everywhere. It was fun roaming around checking them out. Metal peddle cars hanging from the ceiling in the dinning room, old nautical stuff, old movie photos. It took us days to enjoy it all. Kip & Kandi were the...

We had a 2 room cabin with comfy beds. Loved the breakfasts and interactions with the owners and staff. We brought dominos and enjoyed playing in the game room each night. This is the place I will recommend and go to from now on. Another great thing is the other guests. Everyone is looking for more than a sterile experience...

This place is amazing. Like they say it is not for everyone, it smells a little musty in some places, but the people are so nice, the breakfast is amazing and I for one LOVE LOVE the decor, lots of fifty's and pieces from another era, you could spend hours just looking at the stuff. Lots of old magazines, scrap...

Every positive thing other reviewers have written about decor and location and breakfast and staff is absolutely true. Talk about eye candy! That said, we knew it was going to be good when we saw dog portraits in the parking lot (as well as those of other animals). Because we had dogs, we were given a three room cabin...reason enough...

If you like unique and funky, with charm, this is a great place. Antiques everywhere. Free dvd's and popcorn in the lodge. Excellent breakfast included. The rooms we stayed in were big but very cozy. The innkeeper was attentive but not overly in the way. They have a big community living room upstairs in the lodge that was a great...

My husband and I stayed here a few nights in October 2014. We chose to stay here because of all the great reviews. It's different than any place we have ever stayed at. They haven't remodeled for probably years but it has such a good vibe, like staying at a member of your families house. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was...

It is just a classic Bed and Breakfast in Lincoln City. So glad I decided to stay two nights to fully enjoy everything on offer. Nice quiet location set well back from the road in lovely grounds. The buildings are just packed with historical items, particularly of a nautical theme. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was lovely and again...

We stayed one night on the 2nd floor of the main lodge. It was clean and comfortable! We had a large sitting room, smallish bathroom, and large bedroom. They serve popcorn and cookies in the evening. They offer a very extensive selection of free DVDs that you can check out to watch in your bedroom. When we stayed, they did...
