Chinook Winds is a moderate sized casino with good gaming options. I mostly play the machines and sometimes even come out ahead. I find that I can often play for 2-3 hours on $50. They have big jackpots on things like Wheel of Fortune and Wizard of Oz for those who like multi casino progressives. They have a lot of...

Do not stay here. Very loud parties at 4:00 a.m. - on Wednesday night! Impossible to sleep the two nights I was here, even with industrial ear plugs. There was no phone service to call front desk. No wi-fi in the rooms at all. On my 2nd night I could get a weak wi-fi signal only by standing outside on...

The good: Beds were comfortable and they use white duvet's. Great view of the Ocean! Not so good: Long wait for check in, dirty carpet, room smelled bad, old box TV with bad reception and picture, shower had no water pressure, 1 ply toilet paper, no balcony to enjoy the ocean view, and there was no air/conditioner or even a...

There was a bit of a wait to check in...I was 4th in line, but the line moved fairly quickly. Our room was spacious and contained most everything we needed...microwave, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen TV. It would have been nice to have a rack to put our luggage on in the closet area, but we had to leave it...

OMG my mom and I had a great stay here. We stayed in the compact room right near the casino. The beach was right there and easy to get too. The food was good. Get the coconut ship at the restaurant. We stayed 2 night and had a blast. We will stay here again!!

The best thing about this hotel is that it is right near the casino. It's on the beach but rooms in the main hotel do not have balconies. No AC but if you open the windows, it cools down quickly. Room was recently painted but fixtures are old (lamps, furniture, tv is a CRT!). No wifi in the rooms. Staff...

I wasn't sure what to expect with some of the reviews I saw, but to us, we have had a great experience so far. Super nice staff checking us in, and the room being in great shape. Haven't eaten anything yet, but I bet it will be good. Staying in one of the King jr suites with an awesome view...

Rooms are OK, very noisy neighbors made the stay unpleasant. Walls are paper thin and get an upstairs room as you will be up all night with if you don't. There isn't any air conditioning, so its a bit stuffy. Great beach access very poor internet. Good value for the $$$$.
