Just what we always hope a motel will be; super clean, quiet, comfortable, and good working TV and wifi. Great to be greeted by a friendly, witty, and gracious host too. Highly recommended. Lovely little park next door, plus the museum and a funky little main drag.

We stayed in one of the two reasonably priced suites. It was great to have the refrigerator and microwave and space for reorganizing our stuff. Offerings on HW 97 are slim, but the small town of Moro had a great little restaurant and they sent us to the Tall Winds Motel, where we were lucky to get the last room....

Well appointed nice clean rooms. Cool little town, I wish I hadn't been in a hurry but seems like when I go through here I'm pressed for time. The price was excellent and now I hear they even have a cafe in town.

If your traveling on hwy 97, this is THE place to stop if you want a clean room and a restful nights sleep. This little motel is quaint and an older motel, lovingly refurbished and taken care of by it's owners Mike & Helen. These two folks are the friendliest folks around and do all they can to assure you...

Very nice room in a cool little town, a real step back in time. Management is super helpful and friendly. Nice park next door and don't forget to check out the museum. Their is an interesting antique shop this was now open early enough check out but it's worth a look if you are around when it's open.

After driving 14 hrs, and not being able to find a hotel in 300 miles (special events had everything booked), I landed in this small motel in the middle of nowhere. I prefer larger hotels, because of past experiences...but i was desperate. To my great surprise this was a good experience, and if the need arises I would have no...

Upon arrival at the Tall Winds the price quoted was higher than what I had seen on the internet but the manager said the info hadn't been updated for a while. He said everything in Biggs Junction, about 1/2 hour away, was booked because of a concert across the river so I was glad to get a room here. The...

Great little hotel in Moro on Highway 97. Good value, clean rooms, free wifi, easy booking. Great place to stay when at the Oregon Raceway Park. They have a light continental breakfast in the lobby. A full breakfast is available across the street.
