I am personally in the customer service industry. Everyone from the housekeepers were amazing. They stopped and talked with you. We felt very welcomed. The rooms are clean and remolded. We had a beautiful view of the river and Mt St. Helens.

When I arrived the two ladies at the desk seemed more interested in their phones then helping me check in. They were very rude to both me and my associate who was also checking in. The parking is very bad. Your options are A small very dark garage or across the street where several trucks took two spots. Maybe you...

I stayed here through the snowstorm. The rooms are nice and customer service in the lobby is great but their restaurant service is horrible. I left three times because I was completely ignored. The only reason I came back was because I didn't want to drive in the ice. They don't even have free breakfast like every other hotel. I...

My last stay here, I was not impressed. the hotel had really went downhill. The hotel has now had a face lift, and it is without a doubt, one of the best Courtyard's i have stayed at recently. The Bistro and bar area is awesome, plenty of room, great cold drinks and plenty of TV to watch games on with...

Good, easy, quiet stay. Basic hotel that's been recently updated. Nice, comfortable beds. Quiet - couldn't hear folks next door. Loved that the air stayed on all the time - no noisy on/off cycles. Nothing fancy but good place to sleep in Portland if you don't mind a 10-15 min drive to the sights of downtown. I'd stay again. Note:...

The hotel is nice and is a typical Courtyard. I believe most of their remodeling is done. Parking is underneath the hotel so you don't have to scrape windows or get wet going between car and hotel. Breakfast is not included (Courtyard model) and is expensive for what you get. There are no major restaurants within walking distance (pizza only),...

My low rating is not so much for the hotel, which was quite adequate, but the abysmal service at their in-house restaurant. These guys are completely inept. We ate both dinner and breakfast there. The dinner took a solid hour to get served. They couldn't decide who our waiter was and seemed very confused. There was one other group of...

My one year old son and I utilized the shuttle from PDX to the hotel. Dylan was our driver and was amazing. Easy to chat with and was more than happy to help with suggestions for dinner that evening. When I confessed that I had failed to bring cash for a tip, he said "Oh, that is kind of you...

Stayed here for 2 nights on the 4th floor, in a room facing the river. We were given complimentary continental breakfast because restaurant was closed, that was nice. We stayed here four nights on vacation. The people were extremely friendly and it is only 20 minutes to downtown. The major drawback is the awful parking garage. If your car has any size at all, good luck getting in and out.
