    Top notch pineapple palace

    Loved the creative atmosphere, niche ideas, quality/tailored soaps, cleanliness. Bed was AMAZING! Very helpful front desk staff--over the top service! View was great, parking easy, location good. Only complaint was directions--which weren't your fault!More

    Good location watch out for fees

    Nicely appointed hotel in a great location. Waterfront rooms are noisy as it has a fresh coat of pain, new rugs, etc. but windows are not well insulated and train noise at 3-4 in the morning will wake you up. Heat did not work and...More

    The hotel charged an additional $25.00 per night. But they let us leave the car in the parking garage for several hours after we checked out, while we were in a conference a few blocks away.
