You couldn't be closer to everything. Downtown Portland is a hop and a skip away. Public transportation is close by. Everything seemed to be within a 20 min drive, no matter what it was.

Walked to. Max light rail to Rose garden. Room was very nice.bathroom with each room.
Hot breakfasts were very nice at 9. Lots of options for early or late. Parking good with card supplied on checking.
