This location gives easy walking access to the Pearl District and all surrounding Downtown attractions. Being 1 block away from a major food kart gathering was a major plus. We ate wonderful food for cheap. Our room was very clean and quiet during our 3 day stay. The curtains do a great job of darkening the room. Bathroom and shower...

The food carts offer an amazing selection of food and a very Portland dining experience. However they also make The Westin Workout Fitness Studio a popular spot in the hotel. I am pleased to see that it met your needs, and help you be at your best. We are presently working on a project to dramatically improve the Wi-Fi offerings,...

My wife, our dog and I decided we deserved a weekend enjoying Downtown Portland as it is one of the friendliest and most attractive city centers around. Being Starwoods members we booked into the Westin and it proved the highlight of our weekend. Outstanding, friendly, outgoing staff, a great room with views of the city, wonderful amenities including first class...

My husband and I spent 1 night at the Westin Portland while visiting friends. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the downtown area, dining, and attractions. Everything was as expected at a Westin with attentive valet and front desk service. The rooms were beautiful with nice furnishings and a large bathroom. Additionally, the rooms were...

as this was my second time here on business, it didnt lose any panache on this visit. People are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance to many outstanding restuarants and a nice SOHO feel to the main lobby area.

Thank you for taking the time to share some insight into your stay. I love the word panache, and am thrilled that our lobby decor spoke to you. We look forward to welcoming you back when you next come to the Rose City.

My wife and I prefer boutique and historical hotels, but when we cant we usually go westin and are never disappointed. We spent four nights at the portland westin as it had good reviews. We stayed on the starwoods rewards floor. The only complaint I had was that the AC was positioned just to the left of the head board...

It’s great to hear that you for the most part enjoyed your experience at the hotel and that the team met your expectations. I would like to connect with you further to understand the plunger in the soap dish. If you wish, please contact me at matt.tronsdal@westin.com. With respect to the AC and flow of air, we have and continue...

Very convenient and comfortable. The rooms were a nice size and quiet too. The staff was energetic and helpful. I would definitely go back and do more hanging out. Portland is one of my favorite cities. I didn't get a chance to check out the exercise facilities but will so so next time .

Please do come back and hang out. Our fitness center was renovated about 1 1/2 years ago and has some great equipment as well as chilled moist towels. We would also love to introduce you to Cool World hand crafted ice creams that you can burn off in the fitness center. Great to hear that you enjoyed my hotel and...

Small for a Westin, truly a boutique feeling -- and in an absolutely perfect location in downtown Portland. Newly renovated and exceptionally clean, well done space. Great in-hotel restaurant (blanking on the name - but it's a chain) with a great happy hour. I was upgraded to awesome "loft" style room. Huge with large seating area, amazing views and a...

Thank you for sharing some insight into your experience at my hotel. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location and decor. The Daily Grill Happy Hours is my absolute favorite, in particular their Ahi Tostadas. I am troubled to learn of the housekeeping miss-steps as they can significantly impact your experience. We strive to provide a clean...

I love this hotel. It's in the heart of downtown, it's chic, the staff is very helpfull, and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds. Request the corner rooms for maximum windows (unless you don't like a floor to wall window in your bathroom). This is the ideal hotel for romantic getaways, city explorers, and for those who believe that...

We're heading home to Connecticut after a special family week in Portland. Stayed at the Westin for 8 nights and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect for exploring around the city, and all staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a corner room on the 12th floor with a great view, and the room was beautifully cleaned...

We stayed here three nights and thought the location was perfect. The hotel is very nice and updated and the bathroom clean and spacious with a separate shower and tub area.
