This was our 2nd stay here and the quietness and scenery is what brought us back. We were here for the Thanksgiving holiday and really enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were great, bathrooms were pretty clean and the RV spots were nice.

To continue from my previous comments, I signed up for Thousand Trails bc it gave me full use of the sites. That has now changed and I found the experience less pleasant bc you have limited site options.

Staff was kind & helpful. Kind of pricey for the RV sites-cramped sites & not much privacy. But, full hook ups in several sites is nice. Heated indoor pool was a bonus for fall/winter camping-but the locker room was a little uncleanly. We stayed over Thanksgiving and there were no real "activities" going on. Close to Mt Hood ski/snow park... More

I didn't need or use any facilities, all I wanted was a perfectly quiet spot which I found, tucked away where I was very cozy. I felt safe, the café had the best home cooking I've had like, ever. It rained and rained and in between I walked up the highway where there were restaurants all over, but satisfied with... More

We are big fans of Encore camping. This was our first disappointing stay. The bathrooms were in disrepair and filthy. The pool was disgusting, clearly not maintained. The rec room smelled terrible, there were air freshers all over, but didn't touch the smell. The staff was hard to find, unhelpful and unfriendly. For example, there was an overflowing toilet in... 1st I want to say that every time I have talked with representatives (Gail Judy Don are just a few of the names we remember) at the property or by phone they have always been very friendly and helpful. The most frustrating thing about this park is the empty spots the 'Members' are not able to use. These are 'Retail'... More

Stayed in the cabin over the weekend in November 2016. Really enjoyed relaxing atmosphere and convenient location to Portland. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Thank you

We stayed in tiny house Lincoln. It was certainly tiny, but we had sought this place out just to have the tiny house experience. We made reservations in July and needed the one pet friendly option, so the first date that worked for us was in November, and our kids had been looking forward to it anxiously for months. Check-in... More

Don't expect a warm welcome or any help on picking your site. If you are a member they only have drappy RV sites set aside for you while they "sell" the good retail sites to outsiders. Even if the place is practically empty your member sites are limited to less than 10% of the park.

Bathrooms left something to be desired and we're dirty. Perhaps end of summer cleaning hadn't been done. Leaves had not been raked and we're wet and messy. Otherwise it was a nice enough spot to stay a couple nights and the local restaurant was very good.
