Perfect stay in Lancaster. We stayed for two nights in room number four in the mansion building. The room was decorated very cute it had a flatscreen TV private bathroom queen bed everything we needed for a two night stay. The grounds were absolutely to die for. The gardens

First, the beds are all noisy, nothing romantic about that. Second, my husband and I found a bug in our bed and had to be moved to a different room. I don’t expect to pay that kind of money and then be asked to sleep with bugs, not to mention we are newly weds on our honeymoon

We stayed 2 nights in room 7. I've stayed at numerous Bed and Breakfasts. This was a standard B&B. Yes furnishings are older but you ARE at an old Inn. If you are expecting a 5 star resort, you are traveling to the wrong town. The owner is very straight forward and to the

If you are handicapped, we would suggest finding a different B&B, we love going to B&B's and have stayed in many but will not be going back here. Yes, I explained when making the reservation that my wife was handicapped so we were put in the carriage house. small room with a

thank you so much, I am sorry but yes our rooms and building are spread on 2 acres so it is not easy to just go from one place to the next, we have lush gardens and ponds and rock walkways I am so very sorry. If do only recommend a suite in mansion first floor with ramp and stand up shower with seat and wide doorways but yes it is a king suite so it is a little more money but worth it for the comfort that is our only true handicap room, I also recommend booking direct not through 3rd party sites where you cant pick the room direct. So sorry it was difficult to get around thank you this will for sure help another person. God bless and thank you again.

The landscaping and outdoor pool are the best features of this B&B. The room assigned to us, didn't have many of the features normally included, e.g., coffee service, refrigerator, and phone. Bathroom amenities were meager. Soap that lasted for one shower. Adequate shampoo

Hello thank you for the review, breakfast is only included in our packages and booked direct with our inn by calling us direct 3rd party booking only include continental breakfast and that is made very clear on their sites, I'm very sorry but that is why the rates are lower than the ones we offer starting at $99. thank you so much for this review I hope it helps others when booking and getting what they want.

The a/c question never even crossed my mind. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of horse shoes on the road. It's an old manor, not a 5 star hotel

if you are going to stay in room 5 or 6 there is a lot of stairs to go up. I had a broken rib the day before going there. we were in room 5 and as I found out we were the only people staying there for the two days, when we got there I ask about the coffee, and the answer was if I was going to drink a whole pot that they would make it. I don't think I would stay there again

I would not stay in the Carriage House, the rooms are very small. Only one small chair in the room, no frig, no ceiling fan....bed was not comfy at all. I am unsure of the Mansion. We will never stay there again.
