This was our second time staying at the Red Barn Village within four years and Bert the owner always treated us as if we were family. Because we try to stay only in B&B's, Bert is one of a very few who seems to truly enjoy running his B&B. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Stayed here once or twice before and we were happy then and also were very content with our most recent stay on Sept. 17, 2016. It's comforting to be able to attend an event/visit friends out-of-state -- this time a wedding -- knowing ahead of time that one can rely upon the Red Barn for not only an affordable and... More

I mean really. $8.00 to play miniature golf and there's not even 18 holes? And to add to that the course was delapidated. Needs paint badly. Greens carpet coming up all over. Course obstacles/themes are falling down. Very unkempt. And the bed and breakfast rooms etc are not worth the stop. Plus it's adjoined by a highly overpriced food mart.... More

Our host ,Bert made us feel at home. Room was comfortable. Location was ideal and off the beaten track, but close enough to do day trips. Breakfast was extremely satisfying as was our host's knowledge of the surrounding area.

My wife and I have been visiting the Red Barn B&B several times a year for the past 15 years. The country setting, lay back atmosphere and uniqueness of the Inn are what keep us coming back. Each room has it's own personality and Bert is very accommodating with special requests and always aims to please. We highly recommend the... More

A good friend & I stayed here for three nights in June 2014 in the "Country Suite." The room was just awesome - clean as a whistle, comfortable beds, neat decorations, HUGE bathroom with whirlpool and walk-in shower. Bert was a great host, we enjoyed the breakfasts, and highly recommend this B&B, far above a standard hotel for a very... More

We have extended family in the Clarks Summit area and were invited to a family wedding on Memorial Day Weekend. The Red Barn Village B & B is within minutes of the wedding location and our relatives' homes and I had seen it many times over the years, passing by on our way to visit with family. The location couldn't... More

Four of us were traveling on a road trip and did not make advance reservations because we did not know how far we would go each day. When we got to Clarks Summit there were no vacancies anywhere. We saw a sign for Red Barn B&B so we went there, 5 miles from Route 6. They were officially closed because... More

We stayed 5 nights and found the Red Barn Village B & B to be quiet and comfortable. It was like a home away from home. The breakfasts were good. The owner always checked the day before if the menu was OK with us. Mattress was very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot... More

“The B&B is shaped like a barn; the rooms in the silo are most expensive. It is 2 floors with the bedroom upstairs and a living room downstairs. Another room has a jacuzzi. The 2 rooms where we stayed are next to each other, both have queen size beds, but one being much smaller than the other but also the least expensive.”
