There is/was mold on the tile in the bathroom around the tub and shower. See pictures... The sheets were/are paper thin... For an up scale hotel charging the prices that they charge customers should not have to deal with this.

We lost power and needed a place to stay. Hilton Garden Inn offered an incredible rate and even better cancellation if power came back on. Sierra was so kind and helpful! She made sure that we were taken of for our stay!

How long does it normally take to sort out charge issues? I checked out on April 26th and my query has still not been resolved.
Once a charging issue has been resolved on the hotel end (returns, card changes, etc) it usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive back into your account. If after 10 days the charge does not show back into the correct card account we advise that you call the card company and our direct line so that we may be aware of the issue as well. -The Hilton Garden Inn Management Team For further assistance please contact us directly.

Hi, We've booked one night, Oct 25th, to include breakfast and a second night, Oct 22nd. I'm unable to add breakfast to the second of these due to difficulty with my Hilton Honors account (#429843836). Can I add the breakfast to my room upon check-in? Is breakfast included in the daily rate? If not which restaurants are nearby?
Good morning, EddieHamilton, As TexasMargie pointed out, since we are a full service hotel that employs a staff that prepares made-to-order breakfast options, and servers that deliver your food, as well as friendly service, breakfast is not included with the standard rate. However, we do offer a bed and breakfast package that does include breakfast. The complete breakfast experience including the hot, made-to-order options is $10.95, but we also offer two other tiers if you're a light eater, or in a hurry. Our continental tier includes all options from our pastry bar, waffle station, and cold bar (breakfast breads, Danish, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice) for $6.95. We also have a grab and go option that includes any item from the pastry bar and a glass of juice for $3.95. Coffee is complimentary all day. To answer your question about other restaurants nearby, there is a Denny's and a Bob Evans, both approximately 5 minutes from the hotel.
