    Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Red Roof Inn Danville, PA. I would like to apologize for the items that weren't addressed in the room before sending you as one of our guests to the room. I do apologize for the lack of cleaning of the guest room floor with the wrapper as well as the wet carpet at the entrance of the bathroom. The wet carpet especially is something that should have been noted and addressed before allowing any of our guests to stay in the room. Thank you for the comments as they allow us to improve as a hotel and to train the staff. I do apologize for the lack of a hair dryer. We always have extras at the front desk and the staff is ready to serve all of our guests by taking them items and supplies requested by our guest. I am glad that the bed was clean and comfortable to allow for a good night's rest. I will make sure to address the issues you have mentioned closely. I would like to invite you back as we are about to undergo a renovation to update our guest rooms and lobby. Thank you again for the time you took to write a review.

    This hotel is very nice, I stayed there for a couple months for work. Very nice staff at this hotel, any thing u need they will go out of the way to do it. I would recommend this for anyone that is going to be staying in Danville ky

    Are there other restaurants nearby besides Friendly's? I realize that there are 4 listed on the "nearby" page, but I am hoping to find something that would appeal to a younger child. Thank you.
    We always go to Bloomsburg, because that is where we went to school. They have a few sub shops there...about 15 min away. Not up on kid friendly places...sorry!

    "If you can book a room with a king bed do it....they are very comfortable."
    "Back of second building if you want to sit outside and smoke all night while you fix your car"
    "Try to get a room with small refrigerator, worked out perfectly to keep drinks and snacks cold during our stay"
    "The rooms on the back are quieter from highway noise, but as a woman traveling alone, I prefer a front side. Noise is not that bad."
