For over 15 years we've been doing the "Golf Til You Drop" package at Linden Hall and there's a reason we keep coming back - FABULOUS! The course has steadily improved each year and is pretty challenging for most of our 28 guys. 2 nights lodging, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, unlimited golf with fixed tee-times and a cart. The food...

My wife and I were in the area on vacation and decided to spend the night at this resort-like establishment. The rooms are modest, but very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV, showers with good hot water. We enjoyed the pool tables, outdoor swimming pool, hiking trails, 18-hole golf course, picnic pavilion...

First of all the location was beautiful. The mansion is nice and the golf course is nice and the grounds are beautiful. However the room was very dated (think the 70's). The room age is ok when maintained but the room was musty smelling and the toilet kept running. Facility is in need of updating. Food was not good. The...

Being the daughter of a United Steelworkers staff rep, I have had the pleasure of spending a lot of time there. I LOVE this place! Everyone has always been so great and accommodating. Good food, good people, great bartenders. The house is amazing and is magical at night. The builder was way ahead of his time with the amenities that...

We were married here on June 28,th 2014. As previously reviewers have stated we knew immediately upon entering the mansion that it was the place we would be married.. The house is simply majestic and filled with such class and finesse it bespeaks to a time of grandeur and sophistication long since forgotten. The wedding coordinator Bonnie would not have...

This is a multi use property, with a Educational facility for the United Steelworkers Union as well as a Championship level Golf Course. The Restaurant and bar are very nice, with very good quality food. The entire property is very beautiful, setting on top of a mountain, with tremendous views. The restored Mansion, built by Sarah Cochran, with profits from...

I stayed here with my brother-in-law on a bike trip from Pittsburgh to Cumberland on the Great Allegheny Passage trail in June 2014. It is a good four miles from the trail, and the first mile is straight up, but once arrived the place is a welcome break from the trail. Our room in the aging motel annex was clean,...

We went to a wedding here and it was pretty nice. The mansion is pretty cool and classy but its also old and scary. The place is some kind of steel worker resort so the bar afterwards is full of steel workers, it was pretty fun though they were a lively bunch. The rooms are kind of old and crappy...
