We are near many warm weather activities such as boating, canoeing, rafting, kayaking, water skiing, golfing and water parks (both outside and indoor). In the winter, there is snow skiing (downhill and cross country), snow boarding, tubing, and snowmobiling. Don't know. I stayed in the main original lodge. There is a straight staircase up to the second floor. Upstairs rooms there are not accessible for those in wheel chairs. There are ground floor options elsewhere though.
