The inn itself is testament to the passion of those who bring back heritage properties from the brink. However, for us, a lot was lacking, especially for an inn with a Select Registry listing. The very polite young man at the front desk on check-in was completely of no assistance when it came to offering information about where to eat...

A lovely mansion and grounds with a caring staff and quiet ambiance. We stayed on the third floor which was a bit of a hike with our luggage, but otherwise the home is so very welcoming. You just can't get that feel of "coming home" in a starched hotel. Breakfast was delightful. Would definitely stay again.

Many Inns we have stayed at (or inquired about) allow small dogs but stick you and your furry friend in less-than top-of-the-line rooms, and charge you MORE as well. This Inn gives you a good clean pleasant room attached to the main building so you can access the parlour (where goodies are to be found) yet you also have a...

We stayed this weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in the room #2. It was very nice. Nice fireplace, king size bed, whirlpool tub. The wine and cheese on Saturday night was a nice snack before dinner. Breakfast was nice, try the Belgian waffles. Staff was always present with a smile.

What a fabulous hotel. We had driven all the way from Boston after a day of meetings. Our reception on arrival was genuines warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasantly decorated. There is a thoughtfully laid out lounge area with drinks, coffee and home made cake which was extremely welcome after the long drive, especially to somone...

Although my plans changed and I have yet to see the Lafayette Inn first hand, I felt compelled to review their customer service as they went above and beyond what was necessary to accommodate our needs in rescheduling. I look forward to staying in the future and enjoying the beautiful Inn and the sites around Easton.

We travel the world and have stayed in many many luxury hotels, boutique hotels, B&Bs etc...and I can touch my heart and say that this is one of the best places we have stayed. It's the personal touch, the smiles, the warmth, not to mention the gorgeous property. Their waffles are out of this world! This is one place, I...

I stayed here overnight from NY this past weekend for my Aunt & Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary. The Lafayette Inn Bed & Breakfast in Easton, PA is seconds from Lafayette College. When I arrived to check (by the way, thank you to the Innkeepers for letting me check in earlier than 3pm), I came into this clean, elegant, warm and...

We spent one night here while in Easton. It is a beautiful restored Victorian mansion with a parlor for afternoon tea and crumpets- or wine and cheese!! Our room was nicely appointed with a king sized bed, armoire, and chair. Bathroom was adequate with a rain shower in a very old tub. One complaint - the TV was the smallest...

This was the second time I stayed here, both excellent. Very easy to reserve by phone, I asked for a lower price and they were able to help. Rooms are interesting clean and quite roomy. No elevator, so carry your bags ( they offered, however) Right next to the College campus, so convenient to it, but not to Easton proper....
