The joy, comfort, and old school charm runs consistent throughout the warm and inviting presence of the Eby Farm & Breakfast. Located in a peaceful setting with a wonderful view all around of just farmland it is tranquil and sincerely breathtaking. My family has stayed at the Eby Farm B&B on multiple occasions. It is always a wonderful experience. From the Melody Room to the numbered rooms downstairs, it is fresh, clean, accommodating, and relaxing. The common guest living area has toys, books, and coloring for my kids, as well. Mel and Joyce provide a peaceful environment and privacy, yet plenty... More

I hesitate to choose the 3 stars because that indicates 'average'. We stayed in the Modern Cape Cod house, in the Melody Room for one night, then in Room 2 downstairs for two nights. I won't go into the accommodations since the website covers all of that. Nothing fancy..very basic as far as B&Bs go. Our main disappointment came with... More

We stayed at Aby farm for one night. In addition to the room, we had a sitting room and a kitchen we could use. Everything was spacious and clean, with milk streight from the cow in the refigerator. A home-made breakfast and a freindly talk with our hostess made the exprience perfect.

A family tradition for over 20 years, our kids grew up helping to feed calves and watching the daily milking on the tourist farm. As empty-nesters we stay at the patents' bed and breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms with WiFi. Great country breakfast and wonderful fellowship. While convenient to shopping and attractions, Eby's is great for a peaceful weekend away from... More

I went to this place for the first time in September of 2015, with my two children and a friend with her daughter. We were looking forward the "Farm Experience" which was the reason #1 why we chose this place. It was better than expected! Kids absolutely loved and so did we. In the same year we ended up going... Peaceful, beautiful, covered bridge with buggies going back and forth. The owners are wonderful people with great hospitality and wonderful breakfast. . The dairy farm is fun too! There are swings at the end of the property, a fire pit, play ground for kids. This is the best B&B we have ever stayed at

This was the highlight of our PA vacation for my 7yr old dtg and 10yr old son. How often are my kids up and dressed first thing in the morning w/o any prompting from me?? They were so excited to help with the farm chores..feeding the baby calves milk, collecting the eggs, milking a cow, feeding the goats..while my S.O.... More

The Eby's are a wonderful family who made us feel very welcome in their lovely home. We stayed in the efficiency apartment in the farm house, which had a cosy feel to it and everything we needed for a young family. Lynette's breakfasts were delicious and she was very helpful with finding things to do in the area. The property... More

My husband and I stayed in the Modern Cape Cod, on the lower floor. We had originally booked the room upstairs but switched to get a little more privacy. We had the whole floor to ourselves. As someone who grew up visiting my grandmother's B&B in the Catskills, I love the homey feel of family run lodging. We curled up... More
