Went here for Saturday brunch and loved it! The service was top notch and the food was delicious! It's an order all you can for $35 per person and it comes with a mimosa or juices. We had the smoked salmon, beef slider, the pork belly (daily special), crepes and the bread pudding. Everything was good but the pork belly...

We were at the Inn for a wedding. The owners are very hospitable and clearly love what they do. As a result, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and, because each one is different and decorated in its own style using antiques, interesting. The food is farm to fork and delicious. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. This is a...

There were four of us for dinner. We had appetizers and main courses. For the appetizers we had grilled romaine salad, grilled octopus and pea soup. They were all delicious. For our main courses we had lamb, turbot and duck. All of the courses were presented beautifully and everything was artfully decorated on our plates. Each dish was meticulously presented...

Dirk and I spend a lot of time on the weekends at our place in Lambertville, and we frequent our tried and true local spots - Hamilton's Grill Room, Liberty Hall Pizza, D'floret, Brothers Moon, The Blue Bottle Café, etc. I don't know what came over me one weekend but I asked Dirk if he wanted to do something different,...

...in every way. The environment is beautiful, the food is wonderful, but what makes the place so special are the owners...who treat guests like family and are on top of every detail. This place is a gem.

Our second trip to Barley Sheaf and we were treated to one of the best meals we've ever eaten. Starting with the Sweet Pea Soup (out of this world) creamy with a touch of tarragon, sour-cream and lemon. y wife had the grilled lettuce, which I started grilling on our deck grill, as I enjoyed it on our last visit....

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful dinner here for the first time very recently. Top shelf leadership is obvious beginning with our gracious welcome. We enjoyed the winter chopped salad, duck breast, tile fish, scallops and house made penne, each so good we just had to taste each others entree. Save room for the desserts. The two we shared were...

Went with groupon just before Valetines Day. Wonderful service provided. Truly elegant historic surroundings. Brunch was high quality and all you can eat or wish to eat from the menu. BYOB so we brought french champagne. All three of us were full of praise for the food and service. Tip was already included in the fixed proce brunch. Saw a...

Fantastic quality and quantity for the price. For $35 you get a wonderful selection of pastries, appetizers, entrees and dessert, and it's unlimited. Another nice point is you can bring your own wine and in our case, champagne. Coffee, juices, and unlimited options make for a delicious brunch. The restaurant offers a wonderful setting and view.

The owners and their staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the building exteriors are lovely. Although our room was large with nice amenities (gas fireplace, jacuzzi, mini fridge, etc.), it lacked warmth and charm. We were disappointed that there is no coffee maker in the room or in the outer buildings. In fowl weather, it's not pleasant...
