Excellent place! Very quiet, with lots of vegetation around and safe for families. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The building has many years old and that makes it unique! I recommend this place if visiting Tuscany!! Thanks a million

Fattoria Bassetto is an authentic place to spend some time and live the atmosphere of the old Toscany life. Now is a crossroads: tourists and local people make the place alive and warm, you will find the right company for your staying. To find some peace and silence they are some beautiful walk in the countryside all around. They have...

Stayed at Fattoria Bassetto for the first time and had a surprisingly great experience...the feeling of staying in a 13th century ex convent is unique like unique is the great hospitality and kindness of the owners...nowhere else you can find such a setting at such a convenient price at such a short distance from the beautiful historic towns of San...

I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2013. I spent 10 weeks in Europe and this was my favourite place I stayed. Beautiful grounds, being an old monastery or some such, with a pool for the 40 degree plus weather, communal dinners, and wine-fuelled conversations until the late night with the other guests made this a very memorable experience....

It was my first stay in Tuscany and in also in Italy, so my expectations were high. So we booked a room in charming village. The place is really cool and I liked the whole concept. We spent 3 days in Certaldo, bought vegetables at the market and enjoy dinner in the near restaurant. Everything was very nice except one...

The kind of place that you just don't want to leave! After the bustle and frenzy of city after city, Bassetto was a refreshing respite and a strong dose of la dolce vita. Beautiful areas to explore all around, love that they have free bikes that you can use to get to town or explore the Tuscan countryside. Great base...

I stayed at FB in 2000 (i know I clicked 12/2012 but it was much much farther)--13 years ago and it was amazing! The memories are some of my best and I have subsequently traveled WIDELY. I want to buy/ship a case of their wine back to the states as an anniversary present for the girl I met there and...

Fattoria Bassetto is like coming home- Only there is no way that your home is as awesome as this! Hayley the manager was very warm and friendly, as was the owner, Francesco. He was even kind enough to drive us to the train station with our heavy bags! The property itself is amazing, as is the surrounding countryside. You get...
